Online Charges Payments – Terms & Conditions
This online payment facility is provided by Setia Auto Finance Private Limited ("Setia Auto Finance"). Setia Auto Finance reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this portal. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms before making any payments. By using this online payment system, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the transaction.
1. General Conditions of Payment
• The payment details are specific to your loan account, accessible upon login using your unique credentials.
• All payments made toward any loan application must originate from the customer's own bank account ,Third-party payments are strictly not accepted.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Charges, including applicable taxes and payment gateway fees, will be borne by the customer.
• Payments to Setia Auto Finance will typically be credited to the respective loan account within two working days.
• Setia Auto Finance is not liable for:
o Any incorrect payment made due to errors in the account number or other customer details entered by you.
o Payment failure or rejection by your bank, credit/debit card issuer, or payment gateway for any reason.
• It is your responsibility to confirm that payment has been deducted from your bank account and credited successfully.

2. Important Usage Guidelines
Do NOT use this service if:
• You have not missed any EMI/PEMI payments.
• Your loan account does not have any overdue amount.
• Your automatic repayment method (e.g., NACH/ACH/auto-debit) is active and functioning.

3. Loan Payment Conditions
• This platform is for dues/arrears payment only.
• Part-prepayment and loan foreclosure payments are not accepted through this channel.
• Any payment made will first be adjusted against overdue EMIs, charges, and penalties.
• Excess payments, if any, will be refunded as per our refund policy.
• Scheduled repayments via cheque/NACH will continue unaffected.

4. Failed Transactions & Gateway Charges
• In case of failed transactions, the debited amount (if any) will be refunded to the original source account used during the transaction (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card). after deducting applicable gateway charges, typically within 7 working days. By payment getaway services

5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved by management, will:
• Be processed only using the bank details provided in the loan account during the application.
•
• Be initiated only if payment has been received in our account and qualifies for a refund (e.g., duplicate or excess payment).
• Be credited within 7 working days, provided there are no other dues pending on the loan.

6. Cancel and Return Policy
• Cancellation or reversal of payments, if approved by the management, will follow the NEFT/RTGS as provided in application /loan details
• The processing time for cancellation and return is up to 20 working days.
• No cancellations will be entertained once the amount has been adjusted to your loan account.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateway Disclaimer
At your request, you may be redirected to a third-party payment platform. Please note:
• Setia Auto Finance does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or security of any third-party site.
• Access to such third-party services is at your own risk.
• We will not be responsible for service interruptions, security breaches, or data loss on third-party platforms.

This Privacy Policy applies to all online payments to Setia Auto Finance:
